Refunds and Returns: Your satisfaction with our apparel is our top priority. Not only do we want you to be satisfied with our products, but with our customer service as well. Since your apparel is produced on-demand, returns & exchanges are not accepted.

Please send your email to help@screenbroidery.com. We will create a standard shipping label for you to print out and ship to us. All return shipping is free within the United States unless expedited shipping is requested. Once returned apparel is accepted, your exchange or refund will be processed.
